Can you believe we're already bidding adieu to 2023? It's been a year filled with beauty experiments, countless makeup launches, and a lot of empty product bottles. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that the world of beauty is ever-evolving, and finding the right products can feel like a never-ending quest. But worry not, my friends – I've got you covered with my top 10 beauty products of the year, the real shining stars that have earned a permanent spot in my make up bag.

Charlotte Tilbury- Water Cream €95

1. Charlotte Tilbury Water Cream – Quenching Your Skin's Thirst
Let's kick things off with the holy grail of moisturizers – the Charlotte Tilbury Water Cream. This lightweight formula is like a drink of water for your skin, keeping it hydrated and radiant. Trust me; my skin drinks this stuff up like it's the last drop of water in the desert. I will admit that the original Magic cream is just not for me. It was just too much for my skin but I feel like goldilocks in that I have found the perfect formula for me. Would recommend for anyone with dehydrated skin .

2. Sculpted by Aimee Hydra Tint – A Foundation Fit for Royalty
Well I don’t think this will come as a surprise to anyone but this is genuinely the best foundation I have EVER used. Now we all know that queen Aimee Connolly does complexion really well. I have been a Second Skin fan for years but this launch has officially exited Second Skin from my make up bag. I have used it everyday since the launch.
So it is officially a skin tint. It claims to have 90% skin loving ingredients and I have to say my skin loves it. This is a light coverage base that makes your skin sing. The glow is out of this world and I have never had more compliments on my skin .

Kosas Revealer Concealer €29

3. Kosas Revealer – Because Secrets are Meant to be Brightened
Say goodbye to tired eyes with the Kosas Revealer concealer. This little tube of magic not only conceals but brightens like no other. It's like eight hours of sleep in a wand – trust me; I am the worst sleeper on the planet. The formula is not too heavy but still packs a punch with coverage but does not dry out the under eye. I actually found it super hydrating.
There is a super wide shade range to choose from. Sadly, Kosas doesn't have a great distribution in Ireland but you can pick it up in Space NK on Grafton street or you can grab it online at Cult Beauty.

Precisely My Brow Pencil €29.50

4. Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil – Brows on Fleek, Always
Brows are non-negotiable, and Benefit's Precisely My Brow Pencil is the architect behind my perfectly sculpted brows. Now I did try a multitude of new brow products this year as it’s my first year no longer working for Benefit but genuinely nothing matched up to this pencil. It's so precise; it's like a tiny wizard crafting each hair into place. Brows speak louder than words, right?
Now that I don’t work there anymore I do think she is a little expensive ( the struggles of having to buy my brow pencil, lol) but she does last me a minimum of 3 months if not longer and I use it EVERYDAY! I have yet to find a brow product that even touches this little beauty.

5. Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Wands – Blush Dreams Come True
Blush is my love language, and Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Wands speak it fluently. Now full disclaimer. The component is problematic. If you have had anything in this component from Charlotte before you know it is messy. There is spillage and mess around the lid always but I still work through it as these wands are like a direct line to Cupid; a few swipes, and you're blushing in all the right places.
I have tried all the colours and there is not one I don’t love :)

Milk Make-up - Matte Bronzer €22

6. Milk Make Up Matte Bronzer – Sunkissed Glow, No Sun Required
It's the secret to looking sun-kissed without the risk of sunburn. A little sweep, and voilà – instant warmth and radiance. So cream bronzers and blushers have always been my favourites and I need everyone to get onboard because they are so beautiful on the skin .
The Milk bronzer stick is the perfect texture and formula. It glides on the skin and blends like a dream. It gives subtle shape and dimension to the face and doesn't go muddy on the skin. I do seem to get through this quicker than some of the other products on this list but it’s tiny and not overly expensive. I have repurchased twice this year.

Elemis Pro- Collagen Cleansing Balm €60

7. Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm – A Luxurious Cleanse
Makeup off, stress down – that's the mantra, right? Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is not just a cleanser; it's a spa day for your face. I look forward to getting home after a day at the office or after an event and getting this on my face. The luxurious texture melts away the day, leaving your skin pampered and ready for bed.
When I say it is like a spa treatment is an understatement. It smells amazing and leaves my skin super clean without it feeling like it has striped my skin

SOSU Cosmetics- All Matte Everything Eyeshadow Palette €24.95

8. Sosu Cosmetics All Matte Everything Eyeshadow Palette – All Eyes on You
This is the one and only eyeshadow palettes that you need. It is the everyday colours that every gal uses along with deeper tones for night time glam. The SOSU Cosmetics All Matte Everything Eyeshadow Palette is today OG naked palette and I don’t understand why it hasn’t had more hype. From everyday neutrals to bold statement shades, this palette has it all. It's the secret weapon for eyes that demand attention.

Sculpted by Aimee- Sun Mist €22

9. Sculpted by Aimee Sun Mist SPF 50 Spray – Sunscreen, But Make it easy
Sunscreen is non-negotiable, but who said it has to be time consuming? Sculpted by Aimee Sun Mist SPF 50 Spray turns sun protection into a refreshing experience. You know I never stop talking about how SPF is the number one anti- ageing ingredient you can get your hands on . So why would you not use it? Spray it on, and you're ready to face the day – protected and fabulous.
We all used this at Aimee’s wedding and it was so hot on the sun was high in the sky. I did not burn at all and it did not affect my make up on the day at all.

Dripping gold- Hydra Whip €22

10. Dripping Gold Hydra Whip Tan – Tan Goals Achieved
Last but certainly not least, we can't forget about that golden glow. Dripping Gold Hydra Whip Invisible Tan is my go-to for achieving a flawless tan that looks like it's been kissed by the sun. So this is definitely a subtle tan for everyday. If you have an event I would probably be going for a mousse. However, the reason this tan wins is because it has no guide colour and therefore doesn’t ruin your bed sheets and clothes. I will say that once the tan develops there is some transfer on the days that follow but nothing like a regular tan . It's tan perfection without the telltale signs.
